7 Delicious Ideas for Dickey's Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa

1. Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa Breakfast Tacos
My go-to breakfast is a Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa Breakfast Tacos. These breakfast tacos are easy to make and will wake you up with a kick of jalapeno. They are also quite convenient as you can eat them on the go!
They can be made by simply cutting the sausage into ¼ coins and browning them in a pan just a bit. Then add some scrambled eggs to make a quick sausage scramble before tossing in a tortilla. Add some hot sauce or avocado slices and you are set. A delicious, healthy, and quick breakfast taco for your busy morning routine.
2. Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Mac & Cheese
I have loved mac and cheese since I was a kid, who doesn’t! It was one of the first things I learned to cook for myself. As a grown up I still love mac and cheese, but it has evolved from the powdered cheese version I made as a kid to what I like to refer to as “Grown Up Mac and Cheese”.
If you are feeling adventurous, make a cheese sauce from scratch with your favorite cheeses; or you can buy our heat and eat Three Cheese Mac & Cheese from Barbecue At Home and enjoy a savory, cheesy, fan-favorite mac and cheese in a hurry. Once your favorite mac and cheese is ready, add some sliced or cubed Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa, top with breadcrumbs, and you have a delicious meal.
3. Sausage and Pepper Sandwich
I am a fan of a great sausage and pepper sandwich, so I really enjoy my Texas twist that adds some Jalapeno heat. You will need Dickey’s Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa, hoagie buns, poblano peppers, onions and a can or Original Ro-Tel.
Throw the sausages on the grill to heat them slowly at a low temperature while you get the toppings going. Thinly slice the pepper and onion and sauté them in olive oil or butter until they soften up. Add the Ro-Tel and cook until the liquid evaporates. Toast the hoagie buns, load them with some sliced sausage and top them with the onion and pepper mixture.
You’ll have some sausage and pepper sandwiches that will make the Sopranos proud.
4. Ratatouille Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
Sheet pan dinners are a quick an easy way to put a delicious, healthy, hardy meal on the table with minimal work. This Ratatouille Sausage Sheet Pan dinner takes 5 minutes to prep and is ready in 45 minutes.
Slice some onions, zucchini, and eggplant and then toss with a can of fire roasted tomatoes and your favorite all season blend. Dump on an oiled sheet pan. Nestle the Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa in the veggies and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees and dinner is ready.

Another game-day fan favorite is very easy to make using only 2 ingredients. This quick serve recipe requires little to no effort. All you need is some corn muffin mix and a mini muffin pan.
