Ingredients

1/4 Cup Bourbon

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Tsp Black Pepper

2 Cups Yellow Mustard
Directions
Place brown sugar, bourbon and black pepper into a sauce pan. Heat over a medium high flame and simmer bourbon and sugar until most of the liquid is evaporated 2 minutes. Be careful not to flame bourbon.
Remove from the heat and add mustard, whisk together until smooth. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
Will hold for 2 weeks chilled.
