Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel or edit it, please contact us at: email@example.com. If you wish to cancel or edit your order please contact us immediately with your order number and we will do what we can to stop or make the changes requested to the order before it ships.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We do not collect sales tax for items shipped outside of Texas.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept all major debit and credit cards; however, at this time we do not accept PayPal or Apple Pay.
When will I receive order confirmation?
You should receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing an order (please check your spam folder). If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com and they will be able to confirm your order has been placed.
How can I leave notes for delivery regarding my shipment?
Please leave any notes you have regarding delivery in the section called “Notes for Delivery Driver" within the cart.
If I order multiple items, how will they ship?
Your dry goods and frozen goods will be packaged and separated within the same box.
When will my order ship?
If your order is placed on Monday it will ship on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday and if your order is placed on Tuesday it will ship Wednesday for delivery on Friday. All orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday for delivery on Wednesday.
