ORDERING
$20 Minimum Order Value
To accommodate the significant increase in demand for our craft sausage, and increased logistics costs nationwide, we have implemented a minimum order value of $20. Barbecue at Home orders must meet a minimum value of at least $20 (after discounts and any coupons, before shipping and taxes) in order to qualify for purchase and delivery. These changes will allow us to continue safely delivering the premium products you've known and loved from Barbecue at Home. Thank you for understanding. And thank you for your continued business.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel or edit it, please contact us at: barbecueathome@dickeys.com. If you wish to cancel or edit your order, please contact us immediately with your order number, first and last name, and we will do what we can to stop or make the changes requested to the order before it ships.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We do not collect sales tax for items shipped outside of Texas.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept all major debit and credit cards; however, we also accept Amazon Pay or Apple Pay.
When will I receive order confirmation?
You should receive an email from noreply@dickeys.com immediately after placing an order (please check your spam folder). If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact our customer support team at barbecueathome@dickeys.com and they will be able to confirm your order has been placed.
SHIPPING
How can I leave notes for delivery regarding my shipment?
Please leave any notes you have regarding delivery in the section called “Notes for Delivery Driver" within the cart.
If I order multiple items, how will they ship?
Your goods will be packaged and separated within the same box.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders the following business day, excluding holidays.
