$50 Minimum Order
Barbecue At Home has a $50 minimum order requirement to process and finalize your order. Orders below $50 can not be completed at this time.
Shipping Policy
You will receive your tracking information as soon as it becomes available. The tracking information may be available prior to being picked up by the carrier.
Packaging
We verify your order and package your items in an insulated container with frozen gel packs and/or dry ice.
Shipping
Your package is shipped via 2 or 3 day shipping depending on destination and transit times.

Enjoy your order. If you are saving it for later, be sure to place in the freezer right away.

When do you ship?
We ship all orders Monday through Tuesday. All orders placed after 12pm on Tuesdayare shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship to the continental 48 U.S. states and Washington D.C. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O or F.P.O. addresses.
International
At this time, due to import/export restrictions on food products, we are unable to ship outside of the United States.
Shipping Accuracy
Check your shipping address very carefully! We reserve the right to limit refunds and product replacements, and to make corrections, if an address error is made.
Shipping Carrier
We utilize both UPS and FedEx and ship with a 2 or 3 day label depending on the destination, transit times, and other shipping conditions to ensure delivery as quickly as possible.
Order Packaging
Your frozen items will arrive in an insulated box with an internal cooler, designed to keep frozen foods cold during transit. Your box will contain dry ice and/or frozen gel packs. Everything can be recycled.
Frozen Foods
If your order contains frozen foods, it will arrive frozen, or very close to it. Be sure to move your items to the freezer (for keeping) or the refrigerator for enjoying in the near future.
