Ingredients
2 Lbs 1/4 to 1/2 in Bone in Beef Short Rib

2 Tbsp Dickey's Everything Bagel Rub
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Gochujang Paste
1 Tbsp Honey
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang, honey and Dickey’s Everything Bagel Rub. Add short ribs and stir to coat well. Marinate at least 15 minutes up to 1 hour.
Once marinated, grill ribs over medium heat approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not burn glaze.
Serve whole or cut into individual bone pieces. Serve with warm rice and green onions if you prefer.
