This fully cooked pork belly is as versatile as it is tasty. Slice and sear to make over the top BLT’s, Cut into large cubes and heat on the grill or oven with your favorite sauce to make and incredible meal or appetizer on a skewer.

How to Prepare Cooked Pork Belly
Fully cooked. Shipped frozen. After thawing, remove from vacuum seal. Use within 10 days of thawing.
Oven, Grill, or Smoke to Reheat:
Oven or grill, reheat whole pork belly at 275° F for 40 minutes.
Or, dice into 2 inch pieces, reheat in the oven or on the grill at 250° for 30-45 minutes.
Or, slice into ¼” strips and brown on both sides on a griddle at 350°F until browned.
Regardless of how you reheat the pork belly, at the 20 minute mark remove the pork belly from the oven/grill and toss or brush liberally with Dickey's Classic Barbecue Sauce. Toss or re-brush with more sauce at the end of the last 20 minutes to ensure an even glaze.
