Raw meats and fully-cooked smoked sausages are shipped frozen and vacuum sealed in insulated packaging to maximize freshness. Upon receiving your product, place in freezer immediately. Thaw 24 hours prior to cooking. Cooked sausages should be heated slowly to allow the oils to come to the surface without the skin bursting.
